Angie’s Cleaning Crew provides residential and office cleaning services across Hamilton, Ohio, and surrounding areas. These Terms apply to all website visitors, clients, and anyone using our services.

Services are customized to meet client needs. Pricing depends on the size of the property, the type of service requested, and specific cleaning requirements.
3. Quotes and Payments
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Final pricing will be confirmed before service.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, check, or approved digital payment methods.
Failure to submit timely payment may result in a service pause or cancellation of future appointments.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost scheduling time.
5. Access to Property
Clients must ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon time. If we are unable to access your home or business (due to locked doors, pets, or other obstacles), the visit may need to be rescheduled and could result in a partial service charge.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your happiness matters most! If you’re not completely satisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll gladly return to make it right at no additional cost.
7. Health and Safety
For the safety of our team, we ask that clients notify us of any potential hazards, including pets, loose flooring, or cleaning sensitivities (such as allergies to specific products). Angie’s Cleaning Crew reserves the right to decline service in unsafe environments.
8. Damages and Liability
Our team takes great care while working in your home or office. In the rare event of accidental damage, we will address it promptly and fairly. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or damage caused by improper item installation or maintenance.
